The Brief
Sandarac Productions staged a musical entitled "Let's Do It...Let's Fall in Love", a romantic musical comedy based upon the songs of Cole Porter. Our task was to produce an effective showcase of the production - Introducing the characters, setting and songs of the preformance. A Clip of this is available to view in our video production showreel.
The Plan
We researched the life and works of Cole Porter and the Art Deco movement. We explored the video footage taken from the performance to find the highlights to be presented on the DVD. This video footage was synched with the Soundboard audio and edited into a highlights reel. By using images taken from performance video and photography we created a series of Motion Graphics which punctuated the highlights reel.
